tile and grout
What is the best method for tile and grout cleaning?
Ceramic and porcelain floor tiles with pitted or uneven surfaces, or grout set below the tile surface, are difficult to clean and trap dirt and bacteria.
Stone, terracotta, and quarry tiles are often porous and require sealing to prevent staining.
Our tile and grout deep cleaning starts with chemical stripping, as appropriate, of old coatings such as waxes, sealers, and polishes.
We then emulsify the surface with a specialist cleaning solution. Grout is deep-cleaned using specialist brushes, while industrial scrubbing and extraction machines agitate and remove waste. The finishing process is neutralising and sealing or spray buffing to enhance appearance and restore the flooring to top condition.
